Justin Parden, MD
Board-Certified Vascular and General Surgeon
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Dr. Justin Parden brings exceptional expertise and a passion for patient care to Advanced Vascular and Wound Care. Dr. Parden is board certified in both Vascular and General Surgery and holds prestigious fellowship designations including Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation, and Fellow of the Society of Vascular Surgery.
Clinical Excellence and Experience
Dr. Parden has practiced extensively throughout Alabama, including North Mississippi, Montgomery, and Selma, building an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Throughout his career in Montgomery, he received numerous recognitions for patient satisfaction and built an extremely successful vascular surgery practice. Dr. Parden successfully performs a comprehensive range of open vascular and endovascular procedures, always tailoring treatment specifically to each patient's unique needs.
Educational Background
Dr. Parden's academic achievements reflect his commitment to excellence. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and was elected to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he was recognized with several honors and scholarships, and served on multiple committees.

What stands out most about Dr. Parden is how much he genuinely cares about helping people feel better. When not caring for patients, Dr. Parden is an enthusiastic outdoorsman who enjoys spending time on his farm with his beloved springer spaniel, Mattie. He can frequently be found on his tractor working the land or visiting with friends at local establishments like Lassiter's Hardware and Mosely's grocery and gas station in Pintlala, Alabama. These connections to the community reflect his down-to-earth personality and genuine care for the people he serves.
Jennifer Farrior, CRNP

Jennifer brings something special to our team—the perfect blend of hands-on nursing experience and advanced medical training. As a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, she understands both the big picture of your health and the day-to-day realities of managing vascular conditions and wound care.
Local Roots and Community Connection
Jennifer is truly one of us, born and raised right here in Selma and a proud Dallas County High School graduate. She's called Prattville home since 2009 and has been part of our community ever since. Her journey through nursing school wasn't always easy (she even worked at Outback Steakhouse to help pay her way!), but it shows the kind of determination she brings to everything she does, including your care.
Educational Excellence
Jennifer never stopped learning and growing in her field. She started with her nursing degree from Wallace Community College in Selma back in 2010, then went on to earn her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Walden University. Each step of her education was driven by her desire to provide better care for her patients.
Extensive Clinical Experience
For over 12 years as a registered nurse, Jennifer worked in some of the most demanding areas of healthcare, including cardiac intensive care units. This means she's seen it all and knows how to handle complex situations with calm expertise. She's also worked with top vascular specialists at Jackson Vascular Clinic and Vaughan Vascular Surgery, so she truly understands the challenges you might be facing.

Jennifer's background in cardiac ICU gives her a unique understanding of how your heart, blood vessels, and overall health work together. She knows that vascular conditions and wound healing aren't just medical issues—they affect your whole life, and she approaches your care with that in mind.
Personal Life and Community Involvement
When Jennifer isn't caring for patients, she's living life to the fullest with her husband and two children. You might spot her at 334 Prattville's Gym working out, trying a new restaurant, or planning the family's next adventure. She believes that staying active and engaged in life is important—and that philosophy carries over into how she helps her patients get back to doing what they love.
